About GoDough
GoDough started with a simple frustration: endurance fuel that works shouldn't have to taste like syrup or require chewing through rubber. We make soft, real-food energy bites built for runners, cyclists, and athletes who go the distance.
Every bite delivers 20g of carbs and 100 calories in a soft rice dough that's easy to eat on the move — no sticky mess, no hard chew, no fuss.
The core of GoDough's recipe is inspired by mochi, a popular Asian dessert.

Like mochi, GoDough uses sweet rice flour as its main ingredient. Rice flour delivers sustained energy and is easy on the stomach.
Robbie, GoDough's founder and a marathon runner with a weak stomach, enjoyed eating mochi before his runs. Sick of gulping down sticky gels and gagging on chews while running, he modified a mochi recipe to make GoDough portable, easy-to-eat, and full of the carbs needed to fuel on-the-go.
