Where we ship
GoDough currently ships only to valid delivery addresses within Colorado. Orders with a delivery address outside Colorado cannot be completed.
Shipping cost and method
Ground shipping is free on every eligible order. Delivery timing is an estimate and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, weather, and order volume.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate Colorado delivery address. An order may be delayed or canceled if the address cannot be verified.
Food product returns
Because GoDough is a consumable food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, contact us using the contact details in your order confirmation so we can review the issue.
Colorado cottage food disclosure
GoDough is produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish. Our recipe is formulated without wheat, dairy, or animal products.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins; after fulfillment starts, cancellation may not be possible.
